Happy July - Summer is here! As most of you know, Tania is a Girl Guide Leader just got back from a week in Victoria with her group! Much fun was had by all: kayaking, camping, cooking and doing a variety of super awesome things!

Is it just us - or is 2014 flying by? June is here, the rains are about to start (hopefully - because I've had grass seed down for a week already), and the kids are almost out of school. No surprise here but the Calgary and area markets are GREAT...or not so great depending on which side of the fence you're on! Homes are selling for (on average), 9...

Over 80% sold out already - such exciting news!
This new mega mall will be located right by Crossiron Mills mall, with construction slated to start in 2014. The mall looks very similar to Asian style malls we frequently shopped at while living in Seoul, South Korea - can't explain how excited I am for their food court! For more information, see this...
