Happy July - Summer is here! As most of you know, Tania is a Girl Guide Leader just got back from a week in Victoria with her group! Much fun was had by all: kayaking, camping, cooking and doing a variety of super awesome things!

Market: The market has slowed down a tiny bit, but is still very strong. Instead of properties selling at 99% of list price, they've dropped to 98% - think of the deals you can get!! ;)
